Forget about how close it was to Dime's death. What amazed me the most was just how fun Dime was the whole show. Here he was, on stage with a band nowhere near the level of Pantera, playing at a much smaller club than he was used to and he had the biggest smile on his face the whole set. We've found out after the fact that there was a lot of internal band struggle going on at this point, but you get Dime on stage and the only things he cared about were rocking out and having fun. It was really amazing. We get around this time of year and I find myself pulling up any video I can find that just has the dude talking and interacting with fans.
